$599 a month, month-to-month. No contract and no setup fee — you can cancel any time and you will never be charged again after the period you have paid for.
›Is there a free trial?
Yes — 7 free days with a card on file. The card is charged $599 on day 7 unless you cancel first, and cancelling during the trial is one click on your dashboard and costs nothing.
›Do you charge per unit, per seat, or per phone call?
No. It is one flat $599/month for the whole operation — one door or four hundred. Maria gives every property its own timeline, paper trail, and owner note at the same price.
›How do I cancel?
One click on your dashboard turns off auto-renew; service runs to the end of the cycle and you are never charged again. Your setup and history are saved if you come back.
›What if it does not work out?
It is month-to-month, so you are never locked in. If we drop the ball, talk to us — we handle refunds fairly, at our discretion, and would rather make it right than lose you.
